Improve Your Game
Doug’s passion for growing the game graduated into coaching boys & girl’s high school varsity golf for 12 years and founding the Encinitas Ranch Junior Golf Program. The program quickly grew to over 500 members and groomed some of San Diego’s top collegiate and now professional tour players. In 2004 Doug received the PGA Youth Leader of the year award and continues to dedicate a large portion of his time towards developing the next generation in San Diego.
